CA Sam Chacko is a fellow member of the ICAI with post-qualification experience of more than a decade, and overall experience of 16 years in India and abroad. He also holds a master's degree in commerce. Sam is an expert in corporate law & LLP matters. His areas of expertise span across different industries and sectors including govt. & public sector.
Sam's focus areas are statutory & internal audits of corporates, govt. entities, public sector entities and banks. He also has expertise in revenue audits and GST. He is also an expert in design and implementation of internal financial control systems, accounting and financial advisory. He provides guidance and advisory in statutory compliance.
CA. Abin Manuel B.Com, ACA

CA Abin Manuel is an associate member of the institute with 13 years of experience in Big4 audit firms and multinational companies. In addition to Audit, Assurance and Tax, his area of expertise includes financial analysis and reporting, corporate finance, finance and operations transformation, budget management and cost control. He has a proven track record of building, training and growing highly efficient and successful project teams.
He is also a technology enthusiast with expertise in Microsoft Excel, VBA, SQL and Python. During his tenure with the big4s, he has designed and implemented various processes, tools and reporting mechanisms for internal and external clients.

CA Jubin Jose is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with 10 years of experience in the field of Audit, Assurance, Direct and Indirect taxes. His expertise includes handling tax litigations, corporate finance, internal audit, tax audit, trust matters, GST and non-resident/international taxation. He is also an expert in budget management, cost control, accounting advisory and Ind AS implementation and advisory.
He also provides guidance on tax management, provides regular assistance and guidance in statutory compliance and handling tax litigation for direct and indirect tax matters.
Adv. KM Izzudin

Adv. Izzudin brings to the table an extensive 36-year background in law, tax administration, and tax litigation. He commenced his legal career as an Advocate at the District Headquarters in Kollam in 1988, later transitioning to the State Government Service as a Sales Tax Officer. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held several pivotal roles within the government, including Assistant Commissioner (Assessment), Deputy Commissioner (Law), District Head (Administration), Deputy Commissioner (GST), and Departmental Member in the KVAT/AIT & Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal. He is currently practicing in the Kerala High Court.
